A Design Description
This soap production line is based on oils with capacity 2000KG/Hour for laundry soap. The main production process are saponification, vacuum dehydration, extrusion for granulation, mixing soap noodles, grinding, vacuum out the bar, embossing and cutting to produce high quality soap. Production line adopts double layer vacuum plodder machine with two screw roller to make soap noodles more easily to be twisted into plodder. The soap structure are close.
B. Production Conditions
1.Water: one cubic circulating water (not consumption), required by saponification
2.Power: 380V, 50 Hz; 100KW,
3.Workshop Requirements: 40 meters long, 20 meters wide and 6meters high (including the workers operating area);
4.Workers:12-16/Shift.
